Owner/ Chief Executive Officer: Anthony Brown

• Has complete power and authority of the organization. Subject to control all matters on the Board, general supervision, direction of the business, activities and officers.
• Pertains general powers an duties of management over the Board.
• Leads, manage, and develops company employees and volunteers.
• Monitors and assess all company programs.
• Oversees financial complaints.
• Oversees fundraising, yard sales and donation events.
• Makes sure that the company and employees are performing their company functions
• Helps ensure the Board's directives, policies, and resolution are being carried out.
• Works to develop staff and raise foundation grants and individual gifts for the company.
• Creates business relationships with donors, funders, supporters, collaborators, allies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Pursues effective communications about the organization and its mission, priorities, importance, programs, and activities.
• Advocates the companies mission too internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures legal compliance and all risk practices.

Owner/Chief Executive Officer: Joshua Frenche

• Inherits responsibilities and authority of the organization.
• Contacts/contracts and manages all sub contractors.
• Mediates all company problems; if a decision can't be resolved, will make the final decision.
• Assists all company decisions on policies, sub contracts, employment, volunteers 

Secretary Duties:

• Fosters communication and ensuring proper management and utilizes important records.
• Focuses on all communication between the board, management, and all members.
• Handles all scheduling, notices, and material.
• Documents/records all Board and business meeting minutes.
• Keeps proper maintenance of corporate records.

Treasurer Duties:

• Demonstrates the organizations public perception, trust, and assurance.
• Responsible for preparing, or facilitating the preparation of annual budget, as well regularly monitoring and comparing the actual revenues and expenses incurred against the companies budget.
• Maintains full knowledge and understanding of the organization's financial reports and important financial ratios.
• Translates all financial concepts and information for the entire Board.

Vice President Duties:

•   Presides at board meetings and serves as the chief volunteer officer in the absence of the president
•  Assists the president in carrying out special projects when necessary 
•  Serves on the executive committee if the board has such
